How to Initiate a Return:

2. Delivery boy will guide you through a repair process over the call if possible.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will initiate a replacement within 10 working days.

Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. We want to ensure you have ample time to inspect your purchase.

Reasons for Return & Replacement:
- Cancellation Before Shipment: We respect your choice and will provide a full refund for any cancellations made before shipment.
- Out of Stock: If a product is billed but out of stock, we will promptly refund your payment.
- Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect product, we will ensure a replacement unit is sent to you.
- Dead/Defective on Arrival: Should you receive a defective product, we will review and replace it upon receiving the defective item in our warehouse. 

Exclusions:
To maintain our high standards, the following conditions apply:
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Products tampered with by unauthorized technicians.
- Issues that can be resolved by our customer care team.
- Subjective complaints such as performance or color differences.
- Packaging issues that do not affect product function.
- Requests made outside the return window.
- Non-defective products on arrival.

Process:

2. An authorized representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to understand and assess the issue.
3. If the product is repairable, our team will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Replacement Pickup:
1. Our logistics partners will arrange for pickup within 3-5 working days.
2. Please note that only one pickup attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, you may need to initiate a new request.

Refunds:
- We process refunds within 3 working days once approved.
- The refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
- Refunds for UPI/credit/debit card or net banking will be returned to the original payment method.

Terms for Refund:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Please retain the packaging for 14 days in case a return is needed.
